Do Not Sell
Do Not Sell or Share My Info
Last updated: 2026-08-15
US state privacy law — California’s CCPA/CPRA and its counterparts elsewhere — gives you a right to opt out of the ‘sale’ or ‘sharing’ of your personal information for advertising. What follows is how that operates on siblinglogic.com.
What Changes
What changes is that your data stops feeding ad personalisation. What does not change is your access to siblinglogic.com — every article stays available, and the site behaves identically. Ads may continue, untargeted.
What Triggers This Right
- We should be clear about scope. Your personal information is not sold for money. Where advertising is served, though, identifiers may be shared with advertising partners, and because these laws define ‘sale’ and ‘sharing’ expansively, that sharing may fall within them. The opt-out is offered on that basis.
- The opt-out covers all visitors to siblinglogic.com, including readers interested in Siblinglogic who simply read an article and leave.
Making the Request
To exercise the right: enable Global Privacy Control in your browser (honoured automatically, no message needed); or refuse advertising cookies via the consent banner where shown; or send an email to hello@siblinglogic.com with the subject ‘Do Not Sell or Share’. We will not ask you to create an account to do this.
The full list of applicable state rights lives in the State Privacy Notice.
