State Privacy Rights
Last updated: 2026-08-15
Updated: August 15, 2026
This is the state-law supplement to our Privacy Policy. It applies if you are a resident of California (CCPA/CPRA) or of another US state with a comprehensive privacy statute, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah.
Control You Have
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, to obtain a portable copy of it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing and of targeted advertising. In states that provide it, you may also appeal a decision to decline a request. We will not discriminate against you for making any of these requests.
Sale/Sharing
Personal information is not sold for money by Siblinglogic. That said, where advertising is served, ad partners may receive cookie or device identifiers, and under the CCPA/CPRA and similar statutes that may amount to a ‘sale’ or to ‘sharing’ for targeted advertising. Opt out via Do Not Sell or Share My Information. Under-16 data is not knowingly involved.
Data Categories Involved
The relevant categories are identifiers (IP, cookie identifiers, device identifiers), internet or network activity (page views, referrers and timestamps on siblinglogic.com), and contact information limited to any email address you chose to provide. Sources: your device, plus analytics and advertising partners where engaged.
How to Use These Rights
The address for requests is hello@siblinglogic.com. Opt-outs are additionally available through Global Privacy Control, which we detect and honour with no message needed. We verify by responding to the originating email address, act within the statutory response window, and accept authorised-agent requests supported by written permission.
